Morality is a Christian hip-hop artist based in the Los Angeles. From uplifting chill-hop record ‘Glory’, to the spiritually urgent trap track ‘Loyalty’, or ‘Get Up Off Me’ Morality’s flow is heartfelt and hard-hitting, with smart lyrics underpinned by an unapologetic love for God. Speaking on what motivates him to make hip-hop, Morality says: “I believe that this genre of music can truly help people. I’m here just for that. I want to make a difference with my music through God, help others find a way out of the darkness they might be in, and help them see the light. Morality in itself is a powerful message. It’s about looking at your faults and victories and bettering yourself everyday.” Morality first began freestyling and rapping in his teens, but never felt connected to secular rap - mainly because he was trying to be someone he wasn’t: “Once I found Christian hip-hop that's when I finally felt like I could be who I wanted to be and making music from that point on was so much easier for me, I could write pages and pages without writers block and it just became natural.” Inspired by similar Christian hip-hop artists who work hard and are unafraid of speaking the gospel - namely, Andy Mineo, Adriel Cruz, Ty Brasel, - Morality says that he has put his focus on making great music that serves others with light and hope: ”I enjoy putting my love for God in my music, but most of all to show the love that God has for me.”
